Saehan Hydraulic & Mechanical Pinch Gauge
The Pinch Gauge is used for testing hand-strength by measuring fingertip, key and palmar pinch force.
This meter can serve as a diagnostic tool or to monitor progress of rehabilitation.
The user simply has to apply pressure with his thumb to the Pinch Gauge. Results are displayed in pounds and kilograms. The position of the fingers might influence the measurements.
With the knob in the middle you can reset the results.
The Pinch Gauge comes in two variants: hydraulic and mechanic. The hydraulic variant uses an oil circuit and the mechanical variant uses a spring. The mechanical variant is cheaper but the measurements are less accurate than with the hydraulic variant.
